Mr. Dobbs graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2016. He is a member of both the Maryland State, as well as, the Baltimore County Bar Associations. Mr. Dobbs is also admitted to practice as a member of the bar in the U.S. District Court, for the District of Maryland. Mr. Dobbs’ primary practice areas include Personal Injury, DUI, Divorce, and Bankruptcy. After being pulled over for my window tint, I was given citations for failing to attend my scheduled interlock service and driving on a suspended license. I was very concerned that I might be headed to jail. When I first met with Mr. Dobbs, he explained the full range of possible outcomes. As I had suspected, jail time was indeed a likely outcome in my case. Not only because my offenses warranted such an outcome, but also, the Judge that I was set to appear before was known for being tough.
